How to Guide


We have taken some steps in hopes of not only making the registration process easier, but more efficient and streamlined!! We do appreciate your patience as it is our first time too! We have put together a step by step tutorial to help you through the process of an online registration.

 

Are you ready?

These are the documents you will need to begin OR you’ll need the School Waiver, which is available as a download during registration (You will need to have it filled out and signed before uploading it during the registration.)


1)      Go to www.capecoralamericanlittleleague.com

2)      Login. If you have not registered previously as user, now is the time to create your family account. After you register, you will then add your player or players (participant). It is also extremely important to use your primary e-mail address and phone number throughout the registration process as the system will communicate with you moving forward to notify you of any pertinent information regarding future registrations and programs. It will also keep all your documents in your profile so it is easier next time!

3)      Click on the “Registration Info” Tab

4)      Click on the program that you would like to register for. NOTE: You are encouraged to select whatever level your player most recently played. There is a player evaluation for all players league age 6-12, and they will be assigned to the level that best meets their age and ability after try-outs and the player draft. For example, just because you register for Majors, does not guarantee your player is going to be in the Majors level. That is the same for every level.

T-Ball (ages 4-7, usually 4-6 year olds)

Rookie (Machine Pitch): Ages 5-8. 5 & 6 year olds can play Rookie if they have completed 1 full season of T-ball

Minor (Kid Pitch) Ages 8-11. Minors is usually 9 & 10 year olds.

Major Division (ages 9-12). Majors is usually 11 & 12 year olds.

Intermediate (50/70) (ages 12-13) (NOTE: We are going to try! This will only happen if our league and the surrounding leagues have enough interest.

 

5)      Little League School Name: None

6)      Answer the questions.

7)      You must either upload the 3 proof of residency documents or the completed school waiver form. NOTE: You are highly encouraged to complete this online as it is electronically stored and automatically uploaded to the Little League Data Center.

8)      Once you complete that, it is your turn… sign up to volunteer!!

9)      Final step is to pay by Credit Card only.


10)   After you have checked out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an attached medical release form. Please fill this form out and turn it in at Try-Outs. T-Ball players will hand it in at their first practice. NOTE: Your player can not try out until this form is completed and turned in.
